Product Features
The fully automatic IBC barrel filling line is suitable for 1000L IBC filling containers, and can realize manual assistance in opening and closing the barrel cover. The rest of the filling barrel supply, positioning, filling, weighing and metering operations are all completed automatically.
The equipment has the functions of composite explosion-proof, safety protection, no gas pollution, no leakage (leakage, dripping), clean and environmentally friendly closed filling. The whole line has a high degree of automation, adopts a fixed weight metering method, fast speed and accurate metering.
According to the characteristics of the material, it can realize auxiliary functions such as nitrogen replacement, air curtain protection, pipeline purging, cleaning, heating, gas-liquid separation, etc., and can be seamlessly connected with the intelligent three-dimensional barrel warehouse to realize full-process remote data management, and the data has storage, query and management functions.
Operation Process
How to operate
1. Manually place the bucket on the weighing platform to quickly locate the counterpart - the system automatically detects the bucket position and fills the gun;
2. Automatically insert into the bucket mouth - automatically peel - automatically open the filling gun and ball valve group to start filling;
3. Loading---four-stage filling of large, medium, small and trace quantities---reach the target value---filling gun;
4. Automatically close and rise outside the barrel---manually move to the lid lock area---press the [Lock lid] button;
5. Pneumatic locking cover---manual palletizing.
