Operation process:
The operator moves the empty barrel to the weighing platform so that the filling gun head is directly above the barrel mouth;
The operator presses the [Start] button;
The filling head is automatically inserted into the barrel, and the container weight is checked to be qualified. The empty barrel is automatically detared, and the double-speed filling is accurate. The ball valve and the bottom valve of the gun head are opened for fast filling. When the weight reaches the small material value, the filling speed decreases. When the weight reaches the target amount minus the advance amount, the two valves are fully closed, and the filling head automatically lifts the gun out of the barrel, and the error is detected and displayed;
When filling is completed, the filling head automatically rises to the outside of the barrel, the cap is manually placed, and the automatic conveying and automatic capping are completed or filling is completed, the spray gun automatically lifts and closes, and the barrel is manually pushed to the conveying capping position, and the capping is automatically sensed, and it is completed.
Repeat steps A-D for continuous filling.
