Features

Fully automatic IBC barrel filling line for 1000L IBC barrel filling.
Container loading, manual assisted opening and closing of the lid and other filling operations. The barrel supply, positioning, filling, weighing and metering are all automated.

How to operate

During operation, as long as the empty barrel is loaded onto the empty barrel pipeline, the pipeline will automatically stop, and the nozzle device will automatically place the empty barrel directly under the nozzle;
The nozzle valve automatically descends to the barrel mouth, enters the full barrel pipeline, and the empty barrel is automatically tared, and then the specific gravity is accurately measured at two speeds;
After bundling, the spray valve automatically connects to the outside of the barrel, enters the full barrel pipeline, and reaches the capping position;
The capping machine stops, the cap is manually put on, and the capping machine pulls down to seal the cap, and the weighing is completed.

 

Touch screen PLC control

Touch screen, PLC, C3 level load cell, dual 6-bit high-precision weighing controller (sampling speed up to 128 times/second), and frequency converter to ensure filling quality and accuracy

 

Pneumatic filling
