This is a filling machine with a hopper. Different from the filling machine without a hopper, it has an external feeding system, and the other is directly connected to the pipeline. It is the best solution for jerrycans, canisters and pails from 1 to 30 litres.

The storage tank is used as an intermediate buffer container to store 30L of material and fill it step by step.

How to choose?
Choose with storage tank: when the material viscosity is high, intermediate processing is required, multiple varieties are switched or the feeding is unstable.
Choose without hopper: when the material has good fluidity, a single variety is in large quantities, there is an existing central feeding system or the space is limited.
It is recommended to make a comprehensive assessment based on the actual production needs (such as material characteristics, output, degree of automation).
 
The lifting cylinder adopts Airtac. Easy to operate, the display screen (PLC) adopts Siemens, the filling is fast and accurate and The uniquely designed filling head is easy to operate, with fast and accurate filling, and it can minimize the dripping of residual liquid after filling.. The weighing sensor adopts the internationally renowed brand Toledo, with a speed of up to 120-240 barrels/hour (25L) ensuring the overall performance of the equipment is stable, fast, accurate, struggle and durable.
