Product Features

1.The pail filling machine is a semi-automatic weight filling device suitable for 1-60L filling real stone paint in pail and has explosion-proof versions for use in hazardous areas. 2.The system adopts programmable PLC control, bucket feeding, bucket discharge, and filling PLC control, guided in all English, and easy to operate; This program can be customized. Note: Before filling, a fluidity test is required to ensure that the equipment matches the color sand particle size; regularly check the wear of seals and wearing parts. 3. Recommended filling scheme:
Small-scale production: pneumatic diaphragm pump + stainless steel tank + manual weighing.
Industrial production: plunger pump/screw pump + automatic mixing system + weighing sensor (PLC control). 4. Plunger pump: suitable for high-viscosity, particle-containing materials, wear-resistant, but seals need to be replaced regularly.Pneumatic diaphragm pump: anti-corrosion (need to use polypropylene or stainless steel), can transport particles, but the efficiency is low.
5. Screw pump: suitable for extremely viscous fluids, but there are restrictions on large particles (need to match the color sand particle size). 6. Avoid gear pumps: particles will accelerate wear.

7. Material selection The contact parts need to be made of stainless steel (such as 304/316) or engineering plastics (such as polypropylene, PTFE), which are corrosion-resistant and not easy to stick to materials. 

8. Stirring function The filling machine needs to be integrated with a stirring device (such as side stirring or pneumatic stirring) to prevent the colored sand from settling and causing uneven filling.

9. Valves and nozzles Large-diameter valves (such as butterfly valves or ball valves) should avoid using fine-hole nozzles to prevent clogging. Large-diameter nozzles (usually ≥50mm in diameter) should avoid particle clogging.

10. Clean design The quick-disassembly structure facilitates the cleaning of residues and prevents solidification accumulation

The lifting cylinder adopts Airtac. Easy to operate, the display screen (PLC) adopts Siemens, the filling is fast and accurate and The uniquely designed filling head is easy to operate, with fast and accurate filling, and it can minimize the dripping of residual liquid after filling.. The weighing sensor adopts the internationally renowed brand Toledo, with a speed of up to 240-350 barrels/hour (25L) ensuring the overall performance of the equipment is stable, fast, accurate, struggle and durable.

Operation process: The operator moves the empty barrel to the weighing platform so that the filling gun head is directly above the barrel mouth; The operator presses the [Start] button; The filling head is automatically inserted into the barrel, and the container weight is checked to be qualified. The empty barrel is automatically detared, and the double-speed filling is accurate. The ball valve and the bottom valve of the gun head are opened for fast filling. When the weight reaches the small material value, the filling speed decreases. When the weight reaches the target amount minus the advance amount, the two valves are fully closed, and the filling head automatically lifts the gun out of the barrel, and the error is detected and displayed; When filling is completed, the filling head automatically rises to the outside of the barrel, the cap is manually placed, and the automatic conveying and automatic capping are completed or filling is completed, the spray gun automatically lifts and closes, and the barrel is manually pushed to the conveying capping position, and the capping is automatically sensed, and it is completed. Repeat steps A-D for continuous filling.
