1.For the filling of square barrels and drums below 100kg, the system adopts programmable PLC control, with full Chinese guid- ance and easy operation;

2.The filling head extends into the barrel mouth and automatical- ly exits when filling is completed. If the filling head is not aligned with the barrel mouth, it will automatically return;

3.The filling gun is made with integral technology to prevent dripping and splashing; the quick-release connector is easy to disassemble and clean;

4.The system target value can be set freely, and the height of the filling gun is adjustable, suitable for rapid filling of packaging barrels of various specifications;

5.Equipped with a large and small ball width group and a double-stage filling gun, the four-stage filling design of large, medium, small and trace quantities makes filling more accurate;

6.Filling is prohibited without a bucket on the weighing platform, and differential pressure zero-time bucket collision protection is provided;

7.Net weight/gross weight (automatic tare for each barrel) Two filling methods are automatically selected;

8.One-click operation, easy to use; multiple windows display filling volume, number of barrels, cumulative volume and other information;

9.There is a signal indicator light for real-time display, and an automatic alarm if the deviation is exceeded;

Main Structure and Working Principle

1. The computer quantitative filling machine boasts a sophisticated layout with a feeding system, weighing system, robust frame, pneumatic controls, and a non-powered raceway, all working in perfect harmony.

2. Feeding Mode: Achieving a seamless and steady feeding process is essential. This is facilitated by a pressurized feeding pump, with the feeding mechanism precisely controlled by a solenoid valve that orchestrates both fast and slow feeding through the cylinder.

3. Filling Method: Offering versatility, the filling method includes standard conventional filling as well as lifting and diving filling. Selection can be tailored to meet specific order requirements.

4. The weighing platform is intelligently designed with an unpowered roller and a sturdy frame support. The filling system's pneumatic control manages the fast and slow feeding valves meticulously. It's crucial to ensure that the weighing platform remains free of any additional external forces during operation.

Working Process:

@ The operator carefully places the drum on the filler.

@ The operator skillfully aligns the nozzle with the drum to ensure precision.

@ The operator initially presses the 'filling orientation' button, followed by the 'start filling' button, allowing the filling nozzles to lower and the filling process to commence automatically.

@ Upon reaching the pre-set weight, the system automatically halts filling, and the nozzle retracts from the drum.

@ The operator smoothly pushes out the drum, completing the efficient filling cycle.
