How to Operate
During the operation phase, simply mount the empty barrel onto the designated pipeline line. As it reaches the specified position, the system will automatically halt, ensuring precise alignment.
The sophisticated nozzle device deftly positions the empty barrel beneath the nozzle with precision. The nozzle valve then gracefully descends into the bundle, while the spray valve seamlessly connects to the barrel's exterior, ushering the full barrel smoothly along the pipeline to the capping station.

Once the barrel mouth is engaged, the system automatically tares the empty barrel, subsequently determining the specific gravity with pinpoint accuracy through its dual-speed mechanism.

Upon completion, the piping machine halts, allowing for manual placement of the cap. The capping machine then securely fastens the cap, finalizing the process with precise weight measurement.
