Features

Intelligent and efficient: filling is prohibited without a hopper on the weighing platform, and functions such as zero-time differential pressure anti-bucket protection, automatic peeling, automatic detection of filling start, intelligent anti-misoperation, and fault detection can be realized.Now one person can complete the filling and capping operations at the same time;

Accurate and fast: equipped with large and small ball valve groups and two-stage filling guns, it can adapt to large, medium, small and micro filling.The segmented design eliminates the impact of changes in incoming material flow on filling accuracy, and the filling is accurate.

How to operate

1. Manually place the bucket on the weighing platform to quickly locate the counterpart - the system automatically detects the bucket position and fills the gun;

2. Automatically insert into the bucket mouth - automatically peel - automatically open the filling gun and ball valve group to start filling;

3. Loading---four-stage filling of large, medium, small and trace quantities---reach the target value---filling gun;

4. Automatically close and rise outside the barrel---manually move to the lid lock area---press the [Lock lid] button;

5. Pneumatic locking cover---manual palletizing.

Touch screen, PLC, C3 level load cell, dual 6-bit high-precision weighing controller (sampling speed up to 128 times/second), and frequency converter to ensure filling quality and accuracy
