• Masterfully engineered for use below the liquid surface in barrel types, this machine is ideal for precise 200L single-barrel filling.

• The ingeniously designed adjustable pneumatic ball valve and spray valve not only elevate the grain speed but also guarantee precision, while minimizing any dripping post-filling.

• An air collection hood skillfully minimizes overflow during the filling process.

• Efficient release of volatile gases during installation ensures the highest level of operator safety.

How to operate


• Simply load the empty barrel onto the designated pipeline; the machine halts automatically. The nozzle device positions the barrel precisely under the nozzle.

• The nozzle valve gracefully descends into the barrel's mouth, automatically peels the empty barrel, and expertly measures specific gravity. It then connects to the barrel exterior, moves to the full barrel pipeline, and achieves perfect capping alignment.

• Post-operation, manually place the cap as the capping machine seals it securely, completing the weighing process with precision.

 

Touch screen PLC control

Sophisticated Touch screen, cutting-edge PLC, C3 level load cell, dual 6-bit high-precision weighing controller (capable of sampling speeds up to 128 times/second), and frequency converter work in harmony to guarantee the utmost filling quality and accuracy.

Pneumatic filling

Advanced computer weighing, submersible filling, and frequency conversion with three-speed adjustment. Filling volume is easily set, featuring seamless operation and a gap compensation function for added convenience.
