How to Operate
During operation, simply place the empty barrel onto the empty barrel pipeline, where it will automatically halt, allowing the process to proceed.
The nozzle device seamlessly positions the empty barrel directly beneath the nozzle; the nozzle valve gently descends into place.
Upon entering the barrel mouth, the empty barrel is automatically tared, with the specific gravity measured accurately across two precision speeds.
The spray valve then connects automatically to the barrel exterior, navigating into the full barrel pipeline and advancing to the capping position.
The piping machine ceases operation, the cap is manually placed, and the capping machine is engaged to seal, completing the weighing process.
