1.For the filling of square barrels and drums below 100kg, the system adopts programmable PLC control, with full Chinese guid- ance and easy operation;

2.The filling head extends into the barrel mouth and automatical- ly exits when filling is completed. If the filling head is not aligned with the barrel mouth, it will automatically return;

3.The filling gun is made with integral technology to prevent dripping and splashing; the quick-release connector is easy to disassemble and clean;

4.The system target value can be set freely, and the height of the filling gun is adjustable, suitable for rapid filling of packaging barrels of various specifications;

5.Equipped with a large and small ball width group and a double-stage filling gun, the four-stage filling design of large, medium, small and trace quantities makes filling more accurate;

6.Filling is prohibited without a bucket on the weighing platform, and differential pressure zero-time bucket collision protection is provided;

7.Net weight/gross weight (automatic tare for each barrel) Two filling methods are automatically selected;

8.One-click operation, easy to use; multiple windows display filling volume, number of barrels, cumulative volume and other information;

9.There is a signal indicator light for real-time display, and an automatic alarm if the deviation is exceeded;

Main Structure and Working Principle:

1. The Computer Quantitative Filling Machine is a marvel of engineering, featuring an intricate feeding system, an advanced weighing system frame, and a sophisticated pneumatic control system. Coupled with a non-powered raceway, this machine is designed to optimize efficiency and precision.

2. Feeding Mode: Experience seamless and uninterrupted feeding with a pressurized feeding pump mechanism. The solenoid valve works in harmony with the cylinder to facilitate both fast and slow feeding, ensuring consistent performance.

3. Filling Method: Choose between conventional filling and the innovative lifting and diving filling technique, tailor-made to cater to the specific needs of your order.

4. Weighing Platform: Equipped with an unpowered roller, sturdy frame support, and an integrated pneumatic control system. This system precisely manages the fast and slow feeding valves. Remember, the weighing platform must remain free from any external forces during use to maintain accuracy.

How to Operate

1. Begin by manually placing the bucket on the weighing platform, ensuring a swift and accurate alignment. The system will automatically detect the bucket's position and position the filling lance accordingly.

2. The system automatically inserts the lance into the bucket's mouth, peels automatically, and then opens the filling gun and ball valve group to commence the filling process.

3. The machine executes a meticulous four-stage filling process, adjusting between large, medium, small, and trace quantities, until the target value is achieved, ensuring precision with the filling gun.

4. On completion, the system automatically closes and raises the lance from the barrel, allowing for manual relocation to the lid lock area. Simply press the [Lock Lid] button to secure.
5. The pneumatic system locks the cover securely, and the operator can proceed with manual palletizing, completing the cycle efficiently.
