The nozzle device intelligently positions the empty barrel beneath the nozzle, initiating a sequence of automated actions.
Post entry of the barrel mouth, the empty barrel is tared automatically, facilitating accurate specific gravity determination at dual speeds.
The spray valve then seamlessly integrates with the barrel, progressing through the full barrel pipeline to the capping station.
Piping operations conclude with manual cap placement, followed by automated capping and weight confirmation for assured quality control.
