Operational Guidelines
To begin operation, simply position the empty barrel onto the designated pipeline, where it will halt automatically,
The nozzle device smartly aligns the empty barrel beneath the nozzle, initiating the nozzle valve's descent into position.
Once the nozzle enters the barrel mouth, automatic taring occurs, followed by precise gravity measurement at dual speeds.
The spray valve seamlessly connects to the barrel's exterior, progressing through the full barrel pipeline to the capping station.
Upon machine cessation, manual capping is performed, ensuring the cap is securely placed, completing the weighing process.

 

Advanced Touch Screen PLC Control
Featuring a touch screen interface, PLC, C3 level load cell, and dual 6-bit high-precision weighing controllers with a sampling speed of up to 128 times/second, complemented by a frequency converter for unparalleled filling precision and quality.

 

Pneumatic Filling System
